Technical Expert Training Course

The primary objective of an IANZ assessment is to determine whether an organisation's operations and facilities comply with the requirements of accreditation.

The technical expert is the peer reviewer of the technical aspects of an organisation and plays an important role in the continuous quality improvement initiatives of each organisation.

This course will provide you the foundation skills to perform effectively at an IANZ assessment; from the procedures and conditions of accreditation and the 'bigger picture' of accreditation, to the soft skills necessary to get the best out of the assessment team in every situation encountered.
